Refund policy

Returns will be accepted for full refund, exchange or credit up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please allow up to two weeks to process returns. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

Please call 212-218-3130 or email info@muzoemerald.com if you have further questions. Items showing any sign of wear or modification will not be accepted. The following orders are nonreturnable: rings that have been resized, or items that have been customized.
